Pushing the boundaries of grind performance, we asked ourselves: how big a burr can we fit into a familiar and enjoyable manual grinder format? The power of the resulting Baracuda® burr set demanded an entirely new grinder body.

The C60‘s unibody construction, milled and crafted out of a single block of stainless steel, ensures absolute stability and maximum drivetrain efficiency. The bold and clear-cut design perfectly supports the function. It’s a hefty 1-kilogram workhorse. The Beast among hand grinders.

Our Baracuda® burr set is optimised to deliver an exceptional particle distribution at rapid speed. With a comfortable crank torque and a powerful grinding action, it is incredibly satisfying to use.

Baracuda® takes advantage of our proprietary Nitro Blade® steel, the absolute pinnacle for burr technology thanks to its outstanding hardness and edge retention, guaranteeing a lifetime of incredible grind performance.

The burr’s surface is highly inert, avoiding premature oxidation of and reaction with beans during the grinding
process, preserving the intricate complexity of high quality coffee. That also makes it incredible for use with tea, salt, pepper, or other dry herbs and spices.
